Wood Floors
We would like to thank you and your wonderful crew for the beautiful wood floors you installed in our home. We cannot believe that the job was finished on time and that all went so well, especially considering the the difficult job replacing 3,000 sq feet of old floors that were warped and uneven.
Our salesman, Ted, was so attentive and sincere in his concern that we were happy with our decision with the our wood floor choice. He spent hours driving back and forth from the store to our home, patiently helping us choose the wood tat would best complement the character and design of our home. Ted also continued to stay in touch during the installation ensuring we were happy with our choice and the progress of the job.
The installer, Farhad, was great. He paid attention to every detail and reachable whenever we needed him. His crew arrived on time, kept things clean as hey worked and spent evenings and weekends to make sure the job was finished on schedule, as I had a deadline for a party I was having. All the employees were respectful, polite, clean and patient with our pickiness. Farhad took the time to locate matching heater gates for our floor. We are so pleased with our perfect results, and want to thank you again, to the entire staff.
